Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation requires negotiation and may not qualify for a full refund. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled, but can be returned under our return policy.
Returns — 30 days, no questions asked
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, and ideally in the original packaging. For change-of-mind returns of large items, return freight is borne by the buyer — we'll provide an estimate before you commit. Returns caused by defects, delays, or our shipping errors are fully covered by us.
Arrived damaged or wrong item? Contact us at supprt@starmork.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We'll arrange a refund, replacement, or reshipment — all costs covered by us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and confirmed undamaged — or once we receive proof of shipment — your payment is refunded via the original payment method within 14 business days. Actual posting time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
