Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Starmork fulfills and delivers orders, and how shipping interacts with cancellations and returns.

Order fulfillment

Many Starmork tables and accessories are made to order. Production and shipping timelines depend on the product, configuration, and destination. Estimated timing is confirmed with your order.

Delivery delays

1. If a delay is caused solely by the carrier or logistics provider, we will discuss options with you.
2. If a delay is caused by the seller failing to fulfill on time, you may cancel the order free of charge for a refund, or agree an adjusted delivery date.

Shipment status and cancellation

1. Before production: Orders can usually be cancelled free of charge.
2. During production: Full cancellation/refund is usually not available once production has started; options are discussed case by case.
3. After the order has shipped: Cancellation is not available. Returns after delivery follow the Returns & Refunds policy.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

1. Contact support@starmork.com within 7 days of delivery if goods arrive damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect.
2. Provide photo or video proof. Depending on the case, we may offer a refund, exchange, or replacement. Related handling and shipping costs for seller-caused issues are covered by Starmork.

Return shipping

1. Game tables are large and heavy. Return freight may require professional shipping services.
2. If you return for personal preference, return shipping costs are your responsibility. An estimate can be provided before purchase.
3. If the return is caused by a serious quality issue, late shipment, or a wrong item sent by the seller, return shipping is covered by Starmork.

Refund timing after shipping-related cases

Where a refund is approved (including cancellations for seller delay, or returns/exchanges for damage or wrong items), funds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Arrival time may vary by your payment provider or bank.
