You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, and ideally in the original packaging. Returns caused by defects, delays, or our shipping errors are fully covered by us.
Arrived damaged or wrong item? Contact us at supprt@starmork.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We'll arrange a refund, replacement, or reshipment — all costs covered by us.
